Our Community

Our independent living community is situated on 12 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, with 100 spacious independent living apartments, a well-stocked library, a movie theater, beautiful decor and more.

Our Activities

Our residents enjoy cookouts, karaoke night, ice cream, watermelon socials, and family night events with themes such as Western Night and Hawaiian Night. We plan numerous outings and day trips to near-by towns, museums, historic districts and other points of interest.

Other activities and programs include: outdoor recreation, exercising in our fitness center, doing arts and crafts, learning from our wellness program, gardening, spending time with other residents in our pub/lounge, enjoying cultural activities,  attending chapel services, and much more.

Because we value the time-tested connection people have with their pets, we welcom you to bring your pet to live with you at The Legacy of Anderson. We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.
